1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a supported region to use the Service. You may hold only one account. Providing false information, or creating multiple accounts, may result in suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date, particularly for reward payouts.
3. Earning rewards
- You can earn points by completing surveys, offers, and other activities provided through our third-party partners.
- Points are credited only when a partner confirms a valid completion. Some completions may be pending or reviewed before crediting.
- If a partner reverses or charges back a completion (for example, low-quality or fraudulent responses), the corresponding points may be deducted, and your balance may become negative until recovered by future earnings.
- Points have no cash value until redeemed and may not be transferred or sold.
4. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum threshold shown in your dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and fraud checks and may take time to process. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payouts linked to fraudulent, abusive, or invalid activity.
5. Referrals
You may invite others using your referral link and earn a percentage of the points your referrals earn. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse of the referral program are prohibited and may result in loss of referral rewards and account suspension.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using VPNs, proxies, bots, scripts, or emulators to access the Service or complete surveys.
- Providing dishonest survey answers or attempting to manipulate the reward system.
- Creating multiple or fake accounts, or accessing the Service from outside permitted regions.
- Any activity that violates these Terms or the rules of our survey partners.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, ban, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraud, or are flagged by our partners, and may forfeit any associated points or pending rewards.
8. Third-party partners
Surveys and offers are supplied by third-party partners with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or crediting decisions of these partners, though we work to resolve valid disputes.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnOpinion is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
